HOLLY's National Currency
There were two (2) National banks chartered in Holly, Michigan.
The First National Bank of Holly was chartered on December 14, 1870 (Charter #1752) and liquidated on October 31, 1890. The bank issued notes under the first two National Bank Note series, original and 1875.
The Merchants National Bank of Holly was chartered on April 11, 1872 (Charter #1965) and liquidated on December 31, 1881. The bank issued notes under the first two National Bank Note series, original and 1875.
